What we collect
Through the booking form: your name, phone number, email (optional), vehicle details and the problem description you enter.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data only to reply to your request and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent, under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette RS 87/2018).
Who has access
Your request is delivered to the workshop owner by email (Resend) and message (Telegram). We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Retention
Requests are kept for up to 12 months from the last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case statutory accounting periods apply.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or analytics cookies. If spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled, it may store technically necessary data.
