Timing belt & chain

On 1.0 and 1.2 PureTech engines the belt runs in oil and can break down before its scheduled interval. Rubber debris blocks the oil pump pickup, which leads to serious engine damage.

We measure belt condition, check the pickup and fit a complete kit using the factory locking procedure. The same care goes into HDi and BlueHDi engines with dry belts or chains.
